Bar stools at the kitchen counter, and in some cases dining tables and chairs, provide plenty of seating for family and friends to visit. A washer and dryer inside the unit makes laundry a breeze. And we include lots of extras to get you started off right – like a starter supply of paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, a wide variety of cleaning products, and more. That means you can stay as long as needed, but you’re free to move out whenever you want. We just charge your card automatically for 30 nights at a time unit you’re ready to move out. At that time, just give us 2 weeks’ notice. If you’ve already been charged for unneeded nights beyond your 2 week notice period, we refund them. You’re also getting flexible month-to-month terms, which means you can stay as long as needed and move out whenever you want (i.e., no long-term commitments). Our all-inclusive rates start at $109/night with a 30-night minimum stay for our small 1 bedroom flats and range up to about $199/night for our largest, most luxurious 2 bedroom options. Our rates are typically about 20% higher than our competitors – but for good reason. We believe life’s way too short to come home every night to a dark, outdated flat with uncomfortable furniture, boring decor, a worn out mattress, and a questionably clean bathroom.
