It’s really important to us that you feel taken care of when you stay at one of our furnished apartments.

That’s why we’ve designed our guest experience around…well…the guest experience. 

Here are a few of the ways we go above and beyond:

Local People Who Care

We don’t have any chatbots, virtual assistants, or overseas call centers. Just cheerful real people based right here in Columbus who remember your name, care about your preferences, and actually have the ability to help with whatever is on your mind. 

VIP Concierge

As soon as you reserve your apartment, you’ll get access to our VIP Concierge number; a special phone number reserved for guests only. You can text or call us on this number any time during your stay for a near-instant response to any questions or requests you might have.

The “Little Things” Allowance

We’ve done our best to provide all the essentials you’ll need for a comfortable, carefree stay. We’re confident you’ll be impressed! But if you happen to realize after moving in that there’s something we don’t provide that’s important to you (i.e., a waffle iron for your famous peanut butter waffles), just let us know. We’ll happily spend up to $100 extra out of our own pockets to make sure you have all the little things that make you feel at home.

Thoughtful Extras

Our apartments include lots of thoughtful extras – like white noise machines in every bedroom and resealable glass food storage containers. We provide a convenient starter supply of paper towels, toilet paper, laundry detergent, and a variety of cleaning products. And that’s just the beginning. We even include a few welcome gifts to thank you for choosing us: a welcome bottle of wine, complimentary Fiji waters, chocolate petit fours by Godiva, a can of Alto Grande super premium coffee (discovered by our founder at The Condado Vanderbilt hotel in Puerto Rico), and a complimentary gift set of Purple Water toiletries by Asprey (discovered at The Goring in London, a favorite hotel of the late Queen Elizabeth).  

Professional On-Site Maintenance

All of our furnished apartments are located within modern apartment communities. This means you’ll have access to resort-style amenities during your stay.  Even more importantly, it means having a professional full-time maintenance team on-site. It’s unlikely that you’ll have any maintenance issues during your stay since our apartments are so new. But it’s nice to know that we can resolve most issue with lightning speed.
