Our apartments are designed for you to be able to just walk in with your suitcase and live comfortably from day one. We provide comfortable furniture, beautiful decor, generous kitchenware, cleaning supplies and equipment, linens and towels, washer and dryer, WiFi, DirecTV, and much more. Our furnished apartments are located within highly-rated communities in the Greater Columbus, Ohio area. As a boutique provider, we operate only in the most desirable neighborhoods (nothing sketchy or “up and coming”). We know how important it is to feel safe and comfortable when you come home every night…even if you’re only staying for a month or two. 

Renting with us is easy and takes <2 minutes online! If you already know which apartment you want, just request a reservation from the listing. We will then send you a secure reservation link. From there, it feels a lot like booking a hotel. You simply pay for your first 30 nights at the time of reservation, and it’s month-to-month after that. Not sure which apartment is right for you? Nope! At the time of reservation, you simply pay for your first 30 nights.

No problem! Most of our guests are in the same situation. 🙂 Once you reserve your apartment, it’s yours for as long as you need it. You simply pay as you go (30 nights at a time), and you can move out whenever you want with only 2 weeks’ notice.

Our minimum stay is 30 nights, but there’s no maximum. Some of our guests stay just for 30 nights, while others have stayed for 24 months or longer. You can do whatever is best for you.   

Yes! About 70% of our furnished apartments here in Columbus Ohio are pet friendly. The other 30% are pet-free to accommodate our guests with sensitive allergies. If a pet will be joining you at any point during your stay, be sure to let us know. Weight and breed restrictions vary by apartment.

Most of our apartments are located within 100% smoke-free communities. In other words, smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere on community property – including apartment patios, balconies, and even parking lots. We know this isn’t ideal for everyone. We do have a handful of apartments where smoking is permitted outdoors. Feel free to contact us for a list of options. Smoking of any kind (including vaping or marijuana) is never permitted inside our apartments and will result in a hefty $1,500 fine. 

Yes! Unlike other companies that advertise “example” or “model” units, our listings always show the exact apartment where you’ll be staying, exactly the way it will look when you arrive (even down to little details like the placement of the complimentary Fiji waters in the bedrooms). 🙂 

About 7 days before your arrival, we will send you a link to your virtual check-in booklet. This booklet contains lots of helpful details including directions, parking info, and your keypad code. Your code will activate at 4pm on your day of arrival, and you’re welcome to enter any time after that. Physical keys and fobs will be waiting for you on the kitchen counter.  

It’s easy! Checkout is any time before 11am on your date of departure. We’ll never ask you to deep clean or complete a long list of crazy chores. All we ask is that you leave the place relatively tidy, and remember to place the keys/fobs back on the kitchen counter for us. That’s it! We’ll take care of the rest.

We know plans can change unexpectedly. That’s why we proudly offer free cancellation with 100% refund until 2 weeks prior to your arrival. Changes are easy and free, too (depending on availability). Contact us for more information.

Our rates are all-inclusive and vary depending on location, time of year, the apartment you choose, etc. Starting at $109/night or $3,270/month, one flat rate includes everything you’ll need for a care-free stay: all utilities, WiFi, DirecTV, parking, washer/dryer, linens and towels, cleaning supplies, kitchenware, comfortable furniture, beautiful decor, flexible month to month terms, gym and pool access, and much more. For only a few dollars more than a depressing extended stay hotel room, you’re getting a luxurious furnished apartment with tons of flexibility, 3-4x the space, and 10x the comfort.

Our rates include all taxes and fees except for a one-time (not per month $299 cleaning fee and a refundable $500 damage deposit (refunded as soon as you move out). If pets will be inside the apartment at any point during your stay, a $5/night pet fee will apply. 

We accept all major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. We don’t charge any card transaction or processing fees.

Great question! The first thing you should know is that furnished apartments come in a *very* wide range of quality. It’s common for companies to cut corners on furniture quality, cleanliness, and customer service in order to offer lower rates. As a boutique provider, we’ve chosen to do things a little differently. We invest in quality – and quality tends to cost a little extra. As a result, our rates are always going to be a little higher than the other guys. Thankfully, our guests say we’re worth it! Since 2020, we’ve received 500+ 5 star reviews and have an average guest rating of 4.97. We are also the only local company that’s officially accredited by the Better Business Bureau with an A+ rating. If price is your highest priority, we probably aren’t going to be the best fit for you. But if you want a temporary home that you’ll actually look forward to coming home to every night, you’ve come to the right place. 

Corporate housing is just a fancy term used to describe fully furnished apartments with all-inclusive rates and month-to-month terms. Historically, this kind of housing was catered mostly to corporate travelers (temporary contract workers, etc.). But these days, corporate housing is for anyone. We regularly host families who need temporary housing via insurance placement due to a flood or fire, couples who are waiting for a new home to be built, snowbirds who are visiting the grandkids for the Summer but don’t want to live with them, and everyone in between. In other words, it’s for anyone who needs a comfortable, flexible, convenient place to stay during a time of transition.

Most likely, yes! As a boutique provider, we love going above and beyond to make sure our guests feel at home. Just let us know what you need, and we’ll do our best. Recent requests we have accommodated include: a lift recliner with power controls on the left side, a Ring camera doorbell, two side-by-side apartments, etc. Upgrade fees may apply.
