Everything we do at Epicurean Properties revolves around one goal: delighting our guests. Founded in Columbus Ohio by a husband & wife duo, we are a tight-knit team of perfectionists who genuinely care.
Our Story
Epicurean Properties was founded in late 2019, and its original goal was to operate luxury vacation rentals in the Columbus area.
Our Founder, a seasoned local entrepreneur, had been inspired by boutique hotels like Francis Ford Coppola’s Turtle Inn in Belize and wanted to create a similar experience for others.
We launched 14 rentals in our first 90 days, and 5-star reviews began pouring in from happy travelers…just in time for the world to shut down in Spring 2020.
Suddenly faced with significant expenses and an empty reservations calendar, we were forced to innovate…and that’s when we stumbled upon what would become our passion:
Boutique corporate housing.
Today, we are an established local company known for luxuriously furnished apartments, flexible month-to-month terms, and world-class hospitality.
