I don’t doubt a lease would be similarly above par and couldn’t recommend them enough. Update: Stayed at a rental through this company - just flat out amazing. I wish they had more properties around Columbus so I’d have been able to rent with them a long time ago. Would’ve saved a lot of headache I’ve dealt with from other rental companies. Everything was so well organized- from booking to check in to check out. The apartment I stayed in was safe, very clean and equipped with all the essentials for living and cooking. I was so thankful for the Winkbed and luxury linens! The thoughtful details like the wine, coffee, plush robe and cleaning supplies were so nice to have. I needed a desk for work, and it was provided quickly to meet my needs. I especially want to thank Jesse for the great customer service provided throughout my stay. The last thing you want to deal with is housing issues when you're traveling for work. Epicurean understands this so their customer service and attention to detail is next level. Stayed over a month and never wanted for anything. The best part though was the bed. No joke, I've stayed at Ritz Carlton properties and Epicurean's beds are more comfortable. I don't know if its the mattress, the sheets, or a combo of both but getting up each morning to goto the office was always a fight. I wanted to take the bed with me! Anyway, I highly recommend them. You will not be disappointed. Update Aug 2024: Just stayed in a beautiful unit for a year. Even after that much time, I still felt relieved stepping into such a well appointed place where I had everything I needed. Don't know the brand, but the mattress in the master bedroom is the most comfortable I've ever slept on (and I sleep on a Tempurpedic Breeze back home.) Jesse and team were just as attentive to our needs on day 365 as on day 1. The only furnished apartment provider in Ohio I'll ever consider. Epicurean provided a perfect answer. The apartment was tastefully decorated and very well equipped. It kept us really comfortable for several months. The first rental we had lined up with the Landing was a disaster…it smelled awful and the place was filthy, we couldn’t even spend one night. I contacted Jesse at 5:30PM (after hours) and he got us into the Ravines in Westerville by 8:30PM the same night. The place was immaculate, well kept and in a great location.
