Lovingly decorated and designed for comfort, the living room in this apartment features a luxurious sofa from Arhaus, comfortable side chair, beautiful decor, and windows letting in plenty of natural light. 

Need to get some work done? This apartment was designed with WFH in mind and comes with dedicated (never shared) high-speed WiFi.

The Kitchen & Dining Area

When you get hungry, wander into your modern, fully outfitted kitchen and make yourself at home.

The kitchen in this apartment features lots of cabinets and premium finishes (granite countertops!). It also comes generously outfitted with all the appliances and kitchenware you need to cook and serve a gourmet meal.

Thanks to ample seating, you can even invite a few friends to join you! The kitchen counter bar offers comfortable seating for 3 with designer chairs from Arhaus.

Don’t feel like cooking? No problem! DoorDash, InstaCart, and other delivery services are easy to use and will deliver directly to your apartment door.

The Bathrooms

Unwind after a long day with a hot shower or a relaxing bath in this apartment’s beautiful modern bathroom. 

This apartment features two full bathrooms; both spacious and sparkling clean.

The master ensuite bath is accessible from the master bedroom and features a modern walk-in shower and shower/tub combo in the guest bathroom.

You’ll find it stocked for your arrival with plenty of fluffy white towels, a starter supply of toilet paper, and a complimentary welcome gift set of Asprey Purple Water toiletries.

The Bedrooms

When the sun goes down and your eyelids get heavy, settle into one of your two cozy bedrooms for a restful night’s sleep.

The master bedroom comes with a king bed, and the 2nd/guest bedroom comes with a queen.

Guests rave about our beds, and for good reason – we’ve put a lot of time and energy into making sure you can sleep like a baby during your stay.

Both beds in this apartment features an award-winning Luxury Firm mattress from Winkbeds; our team’s favorite (by far) out of the countless mattresses we’ve tested.

Neatly made for your arrival, our beds are always outfitted with 100% cotton white linens and bedding from Frette; a favorite brand of 5-star hotels since 1860.

We even provide some thoughtful extras – like a LectroFan white noise machine in the bedroom, just in case the softness of our linens isn’t enough to lull you to sleep.

Oh, and there’s no need to live out of a suitcase here.

You’ll have plenty of room to unpack and settle in with a dresser chest and walk-in closet in both bedrooms. 

The Balcony

When the morning sun rises, slip out of the covers and into your fluffy hooded robe: it’s time for morning coffee on the balcony!

Fresh air with a hot cup of coffee, comfortable patio furniture, and a premium top-floor courtyard view is sure to be an inspiring start (or end!) to your day.

We provide 3 types of coffee makers (Keurig, standard drip, and French press)….plus a complimentary can of Alto Grande; a premium coffee that our Founder brought back from a recent trip to Puerto Rico.

Laundry & Supplies 

You’ll love the convenience of having a full-size washer and dryer in your apartment!

We even provide an iron + ironing board, as well as a starter supply of laundry detergent and many other cleaning products (dishwasher detergent, dish soap, various cleaning sprays, Swiffer pads, etc.).

This apartment is located within The Pembroke; a brand new luxury community that features controlled access via the lobby or gated parking garage.

Conveniently located in the heart of Downtown, this furnished apartment offers an easy commute to literally any part of the city within <20 minutes.

The building’s close proximity to area hospitals makes it a perfect fit for medical professionals and executives looking for corporate housing. Ohio State University Medical Center, The James Cancer Center, Ohio Health Grant Medical Center, Nationwide Children’s Hospital, and more are located within just ~10 minutes of this apartment. 

Dining and entertainment options abound with the city’s most popular hotspots just a short drive away including German Village, The Arena District, The Short North, and the popular Polaris, Easton, and Bridge Park shopping areas (all within 5 to 20 minutes drive).

The highlight of the community is the stunning rooftop pool and lounge area. You’ll love having secure fob access to one of the most beautiful rooftop pools in the city during your stay (open during Summer months).

The Pembroke also offers a designer 15th floor clubhouse with a spacious lounge area and sweeping skyline views where you can relax with friends or camp out with your laptop and get some work done.

Parking

Renting with us is easy! It only takes about 2 minutes online.

At the time of reservation, you simply pay for your first 30 nights via any major credit/debit card.

All taxes/fees are included in our flat rate except for a one-time (not per month) cleaning fee of $399 and a refundable $2,500 damage deposit. Pets are not permitted inside this apartment, but please let us know if a pet will be joining you. We may have another similar rental available where we can welcome pets! 

Once you move in, you’re welcome to stay as long as you want.  There’s no need to worry about other guests booking future dates you might need.

We just charge the card on file once a month for 30 nights at a time (“pay as you go”).

Our terms are always month-to-month, so you’re free to move out any time. Just give us 2 weeks’ notice. 

At that time, if you happen to have already been charged for unneeded nights beyond the 2 week notice period, we refund them.
