New Albany / Gahanna

Nestled in a peaceful area just 20 minutes NorthEast of Downtown Columbus, the New Albany and Gahanna suburbs are in high demand…and for good reason.

The Gahanna area, just next to New Albany, is an older yet also fast-growing suburban gem in the North East area of Columbus. 

Featuring top-tier schools and picturesque parks, Gahanna is a popular residential area and was recently named the #1 hottest housing market in the nation by Realtor.com. 

Local festivals and events entertain residents, including a weekly farmers market and the popular Blues & Jazz Festival which is held annually in the area near Creekside Park. 

Shopping and dining opportunities abound with countless options along North Hamilton Road as well as Easton Town Center, an outdoor mall that has been named the #1 retail experience in the nation three years in a row.

Gahanna is perfectly located for an easy commute to anywhere in Columbus with close proximity to major freeways, including I-670 with its 15-20 minute direct route to Downtown Columbus. 

The Gahanna area is also home to the Columbus International Airport (CMH).
