Our Furniture & Decor
Our apartments are lovingly curated by a professional interior designer with comfortable furniture and thoughtful decor.
Unlike most corporate housing companies, we purchase 99% of our furniture brand new.
…sometimes even from premium retailers like Arhaus and Pottery Barn.
That means you’ll never have to wonder where your sofa has been, what it’s been through, or how many times it’s been restored with harsh chemicals.
We invest in quality and inspect our furniture regularly so that it can be replaced or repaired as soon as it shows the slightest wear.
And when it comes to decorating, we think life’s too short for sad motel art.
We spend hundreds of dollars per apartment on modern decorations that make it feel more like home (interesting art, books, vases, rugs, candles, and more).
You know that feeling when you come home after a long day and think to yourself, “Ahhh…I’m SO happy to be home!”.

Our Beds
Our apartments feature the award-winning Luxury Firm mattress by Winkbeds; a US-based company whose mattresses are handmade with the highest quality materials.
You’ll feel like you’re sleeping on a cloud thanks to their magic combination of a traditional spring base with top layers of high-tech memory foam.
In other words, lots of bounce, lots of support, irresistible softness, excellent breathability, and almost zero motion transfer (toss and turn all you want – your partner won’t know!).
We call it the “goldilocks” mattress because it’s not too firm, and not too soft…it’s juuuust right. 🙂
But comfortable sleep isn’t just about the mattress.
Linens matter, too!
Our beds are neatly made for your arrival with 100% cotton linens and premium goose down comforters from Frette; the brand preferred by many 5-star hotels around the world.
Unlike cheap brands that ignore cotton quality and often split threads apart in order to claim a higher thread count, Frette uses only the highest quality long-staple cotton.
At first glance, Frette linens often look just like any other brand. But once you’ve slept with them for a week or two, you’ll understand.

Our Cleaning Process
Call us persnickety, but we think you should be able to curl up on your sofa and watch a movie without worrying about your face touching the cushions.
Our cleaning process is so detailed that we couldn’t find any cleaning companies willing to do it.
Before every guest moves in, our highly-trained in-house team spends 8-12+ hours cleaning every inch of the apartment from top to bottom.
Even after our 90+ item checklist has been completed, a manager on our team spends another 30-60 minutes inspecting every detail…just to make sure it’s perfect.
We go above and beyond to make sure every guest checks into an apartment that looks, feels, and smells brand new.
