Apartment was perfect for our family. The sheets on the bed were very nice as well as the comforters and pillows which we appreciated.  We also loved the luxurious robes! Our family went through a complicated issue causing us to relocate our entire household into temporary housing very quickly. Not only did they help expedite our access into the perfect location for an elderly family member with special needs as well as our pet, but it was also fully cleaned and stocked with everything you could imagine a family of 3 would need. They have literally turned a nightmare of a situation into a fun family staycation a mile from our actual home. I was lucky to find a furnished apartment so quickly after my husband's surgery in Columbus.  The apartment was very clean and stocked well.  The location in Westerville was perfect.  We were able to take daily walks when the weather was nice. They even offered an OSU discount.  We did have to rent a recliner.  If I had booked early enough they would have had one for us. I was able to text with any questions and they were answered quickly. We lost power from a storm and maintenance was there at 11 PM to try and fix the breaker after it came on.  I received a birthday gift card and games for my kids on arrival.  It was the perfect stay while being away from home. I highly recommend Epicurean furnished apartments.

We were over the top happy with our short term rental at THE CITY.  The Epicurean company was very easy to work with, dependable, and provided us with a very comforting clean place to stay,  since we needed to live close to the OSU Hospital for an extended period of time. The Epicurian staff was amazing to work with! Every interaction we had was top tier!  We needed to find a safe and comfortable place quickly and were very unfamiliar with the area.  Jesse not only worked diligently to make it happen quickly,  he also provided recommendations on the commute and put my mind at ease that we would be well taken care of. Amazing. The apt was beautiful. Windows all around so I woke up to sunrise and fell asleep to sunset. The apt was well stocked with dishwasher soap, laundry soap, coffee and on and on. Everything you might need was there. How wonderful to walk into a space furnished with everything you might need. I can’t say enough about the staff. Texts were responded to almost immediately. A quick caveat:  I rented this apartment directly from Epicurean without any third party hosting. Epicurean provides exactly what you need if you are looking for furnished short-term rentals in metropolitan Columbus.  You are essentially renting as a sub-tenant of a company (Epicurean) who holds apartment leases at various complexes around the city.  It may sound like Airbnb on the surface, but it seems to work on a more advanced level behind the scenes with a meaningful connection between Epicurean and the management team of the apartment complex.  The resulting customer-facing experience is seamless (you deal only with Epicurean) and highly professional.   Is it as easy as booking a room on the Hilton App?  No, not by a long shot, but once you've got the unit it is totally free from administrative annoyance. There are a few quirks - like the customer text number only being staffed M-F 9-5, and having to deal with a third-party public parking garage for my vehicle...  But I'm guessing various properties have idiosyncrasies and the inconveniences were minimal.  My issues, none of which were major, were resolved expediently. The only downside is the cost.  I chose what I would consider a basic 2BR apartment - the kind you'd move into when you get your first real job - and the monthly rent was surprisingly steep.  That being said, rent is the only thing you pay and the all-inclusive price structure is legitimately refreshing.  There aren't even any nonsense credit card fees - which means Epicurean understands how to run a business. Overall very positive experience. After a 7 day trip from California, it was a real pleasure to stay at such a clean, well equipped apartment.  Everything we needed for a comfortable stay while we looked for a new home here in Ohio.   King sized bed, wonderful linens, coffee maker and all the amenities we needed. The apartment is so centrally located to every type of eating, shopping and retail establishment you can think of. It made it difficult to leave. Our apartment was beautifully furnished and it had everything you needed in the kitchen for home-cooked meals. As an added plus it included three different ways to prepare your coffee, depending on your preference. What a treat! Everything was spotless and brand new. Working with Jesse was ideal because we weren’t sure how long our stay would be, and Epicurean Properties were very flexible allowing us to stay as long or a little as we  needed. I was fortunate to stay with Epicurean in one of their furnished apartments. I needed a unit on short notice, and the team went to work and put me in a great unit with good views of the developing In town Columbus area in a convenient location. The staff is very responsive and always delivered in a timely manner and and request for support or information. They know the city and surrounding area well, and have some pretty good recommendations for eating and entertainment. If you’re looking for short term or long term accommodation think of yourself first and give this team a call. This is the second time that I have stayed at this property. I was in town this trip as my mother was nearby at OSU hospital. I received all of my directions for checkin immediately upon booking and did use the concierge text service provided when I had an issue unlocking the door. My fault-not theirs. Very pleasant, well-appointed rental, with many nice little touches (multiple charging stations, white noise machine, luxury toiletries, etc.), but I'm awarding 5 stars mostly because of the outstanding service provided by Jesse, the concierge.  He is a model of professionalism and efficiency, and is extremely pleasant to deal with.  I never felt for one moment that I was dealing with an anonymous staff member or bot.  His personal attention to any request or inquiry I made was responded to and resolved quickly. Unfortunately the apartments available didn’t work out for me logistically but oh my goodness does this company have stellar customer service. I don’t doubt a lease would be similarly above par and couldn’t recommend them enough. Update: Stayed at a rental through this company - just flat out amazing. I wish they had more properties around Columbus so I’d have been able to rent with them a long time ago. Would’ve saved a lot of headache I’ve dealt with from other rental companies. The apartment I stayed in was safe, very clean and equipped with all the essentials for living and cooking. I was so thankful for the Winkbed and luxury linens!  The thoughtful details like the wine, coffee, plush robe and cleaning supplies were so nice to have.   I needed a desk for work, and it was provided quickly to meet my needs. Literally my home away from home. I would never chance staying with a different corporate housing company at this point. The last thing you want to deal with is housing issues when you're traveling for work. Epicurean understands this so their customer service and attention to detail is next level. Stayed over a month and never wanted for anything. The best part though was the bed. No joke, I've stayed at Ritz Carlton properties and Epicurean's beds are more comfortable. I don't know if its the mattress, the sheets, or a combo of both but getting up each morning to goto the office was always a fight. I wanted to take the bed with me! Anyway, I highly recommend them. You will not be disappointed. Update Aug 2024: Just stayed in a beautiful unit for a year. Even after that much time, I still felt relieved stepping into such a well appointed place where I had everything I needed. Don't know the brand, but the mattress in the master bedroom is the most comfortable I've ever slept on (and I sleep on a Tempurpedic Breeze back home.) Jesse and team were just as attentive to our needs on day 365 as on day 1. The only furnished apartment provider in Ohio I'll ever consider. I was looking for a safe place to stay for a month after my granddaughter was born. I wanted to be able to cook and wash clothes - not just get an hotel. After an exhausting internet search for home rentals, I happened upon Epicurian Properties. They offered accommodations which appeared to not only meet my needs but offer exceptional benefits. Jesse was very responsive throughout the whole process. I just completed my stay and I’m thrilled to report I was abundantly pleased with the accommodations! They truly were exactly as pictured. Jesse and team are life savers. We were in the process of building a house and needed a place to stay until the home was ready. The first rental we had lined up with the Landing was a disaster…it smelled awful and the place was filthy, we couldn’t even spend one night. I contacted Jesse at 5:30PM (after hours) and he got us into the Ravines in Westerville by 8:30PM the same night. The place was immaculate, well kept and in a great location. My husband and I have rented from Jesse for the past 4 months. We couldn’t be happier with the apartment or the interactions we’ve had with him and his helpful staff. We are a bit picky, and we’re very pleased with how spotless the apt was, when we arrived.  The decor is beautifully done and the furniture/beds are very comfortable.
